Property owners are to finish all open areas of this location, and details of this project are to be <br />shown on the Erosion & Sediment Control Permit application prepared for the Planning Board <br />Baseball Field: <br />All grading and site preparation have been completed and sod is planned to be in place <br />tomorrow- details of fill and site preparation are to also be submitted in the ESC permit application for <br />the Planning Board <br />Conclusion: <br />The project representatives have agreed to complete the existing open projects as noted above. <br />There shall be no new site disturbance until an Erosion & Sediment Control Permit is in place. <br />It is expected that all corrective actions discussed during this site walk be implemented <br />immediately. <br />It is expected a Site Management Plan be submitted to The Town of Dover Building Inspector <br />and Code Enforcement Officer on or before October 28, 2013. <br />All OSHA standards need to be in action at all times to insure the safety for all on site workers, <br />including but not limited to goggles, masks, hard hats, steel toe boots, gloves and harnesses where <br />applicable. <br />As per Supervisor Courtien via conference call, site meeting discussions should take place every <br />2 weeks unless site progress slows and the need for frequent meetings will be re- evaluated. <br />Betty -Ann Sherer <br />Land Use Coordinator <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
