Town of Dover <br />126 East Duncan Hill Road Office of the Land Use Coordinator <br />Dover Plains, NY 12522 (845) 832-6111 ext 100 <br />IN(11 <br />October 17, 2013 <br />Notes post Olivet Site Falk <br />Present: Tony Chiu, Kathy Schibanoff, Paul Palmer, Joseph Berger, Mike Segelken, Betty -Ann Sherer <br />& John Belyea of Rennia Engineering <br />Summary: <br />Gates: <br />New gates are proposed for the site entrance on Wheeler Road, property line south end of <br />Hutchinson Avenue & property line North end of Hutchinson Avenue. <br />Gate locations have been approved as appropriate in all locations, it was agreed Knox Boxes are <br />to be installed at each gate location <br />The property owners have the option of removing the berm at the South Hutchinson Avenue <br />location <br />No approval for work to continue until gate details have been submitted to Building Inspector/ Code <br />Enforcement Officer Michael Segelken <br />Post and Chain "fence": <br />It is possible the property owners may choose to not move forward with this project, we await a <br />definitive response. <br />Former Building 4 location: <br />All concerns with this location have been addressed, Mr. Palmer stated this site will be seeded <br />and mulched in preparation for winter, possible soccer field project may be considered in the spring <br />Former Building 5 location : <br />All concerns with this location have been addressed, Mr. Palmer stated this site will be seeded <br />and mulched in preparation for winter, possible renovation of existing basketball court project may be <br />considered in the spring <br />Area between former building s5 & 6: <br />This area has been seeded, mulched and had active sprinklers on the day of this site walk with <br />double row silt fence in place. <br />1 small rill was noted just below the most north sprinkler- this area has been deemed- "watch and <br />repair" to prevent further erosion <br />There is also an inlet in the vicinity, which is in need of protection to assure no debris blocks the <br />access <br />Former Building 6 location: <br />2 - 8" courses of block in place in a u shaped configuration with a plateau in between each <br />course with double silt fence in place <br />It is expected this are will have a total of 18- 20 courses in total <br />It was recommended the plateau areas have sod in place as the project moves forward <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
