Conclusion: <br />The project representatives have agreed to complete the existing open projects as noted above. <br />Mere shall be no new site disturbance until an Erosion & Sediment Control Permit is in place. <br />It is expected that all corrective actions discussed diming this site walk be implemented inuuediately. <br />It is expected a Site Management Plan be submitted to The Town of Dover Building Inspector and Code <br />Enforcement Officer on or before October 28, 2013. <br />As per Supervisor Courtien via conference call, site meeting discussions should take place every 2 weeks <br />unless site progiess slows and the need for frequent meetings will be re- evaluated. <br />NEW. <br />For all Olivet Staff as well as all Constriction Sub Contractors: <br />All OSHA standards need to be consistent and in place and at all times to insure the safety for all <br />on site workers, including but not limited to goggles, masks, hard hats, steel toe boots, gloves and <br />harnesses where applicable. <br />Property owners are to finish all open projects at this location, and details are to be shown on the <br />Erosion & Sediment Control Permit application prepared for the Plalunirrg Board <br />It was agreed by the Property representatives that No new projects will be started <br />The Properly Owners are working to have an on site consultant to insure all work being complete <br />meets NYS Building Code <br />As per the CEO- No stop work orders have been issued in order to permit completion of open <br />projects for Heath, Safety and Welfare. <br />Betty -Ann Sherer <br />Land Use Coordinator <br />For CEO Michael Segelken <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
