Landscaped tiers: <br />10/28/13- Incomplete <br />Staggered landscaped tiers have not been completed; no erosion control measures are in place <br />While on site the CEO was questioned by Department of Labor Representatives about what permissions <br />were granted in order for building clean up to take place. <br />A: clearing of furniture and removal of all debris was permitted, by means of shoveling and <br />sweeping. <br />All safety measures (PPE) was recommended for any and all work in buildings <br />It was expected that all corrective actions discussed during this site walk be implemented immediately. <br />It was expected a Site Management Plan be submitted to The Town of Dover Building Inspector and <br />Code Enforcement Officer on or before October 28, 2013.
