As you <br />know, Olivet University is currently processing a Site Plan and Special Permit Application <br />before the Town of Dover Planning Board. Olivet University sincerely appreciates the time and <br />attention that the Planning Board has devoted to this review. It is committed to the Planning <br />Board's Site Plan process, and fully intends to adhere to the Board's rules and procedures. It <br />respectfully submits that these two modular homes can be located on the Site without <br />compromising the Board's authority in this regard. <br />Olivet University acquired the two modular homes, and is presently in need of a <br />place to locate them. Olivet appreciates the Town's offer to allow it to have the boxes containing <br />the homes delivered and sit on -Site in their trailers or on blocking. Olivet University very <br />respectfully submits, however, that the Town would in no way be compromising the Planning <br />Board's ability to determine the ultimate Site Plan for the overall University Project by allowing <br />these two homes to be assembled and placed on foundations at this time. <br />Again, the homes would be located on the existing footprints of houses that it <br />demolished pursuant to authorization from the Town.
