Olivet is also hereby submitting a set of its. <br />Preliminary Site Plans in connection with Phase 1 of its redevelopment proposal. <br />As your Board will recall, Phase 1 generally encompasses certain existing <br />buildings on the "spine" of the Site along Hutchison Avenue, from the former Haven House <br />down to Smith Hall. The enclosed Plans set forth the preliminary limits of improvements, <br />including, roadway improvements, parking areas, utility connections, grading, and lighting. <br />The EA and EAF address not only Phase 1, but also the potential impacts of the <br />complete buildout of Olivet's Project.
