<br />The Town of Dover Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on the Dover Greens - Special Permit,
<br />Monday, June 20, 2016 at 7:00 PM at the Town of Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover
<br />Plains, NY 12522.
<br />The property is bounded by Tarsem Kaur, J H Ketcham Hose Co Inc, Ann Maria Butler, Albert
<br />Akkerman, Lystra Cooper -Forbes, John A. Malachi, Wingdale Realty LLC,
<br />Timothy J. Bassett, Anthony Hough, Philip R. Van Buren, United States Of America, Michael A. Stra, Paul
<br />Healy, Edwin Moore, Olivet Management LLC, N Y S, Saber Ali Abou-Eid, 1726 Wingdale Plaza LLC, Leather
<br />Hill Preserve LLC, James E. Yeno, Edgar Vargas, Town of Dover, Wingdale Village Park Mfg Hsg, Robert C.

<br />choose notify them of this hearing as a courtesy.
<br />As an adjoining property owner, The Town of Dover Zoning Law requires that you be notified when
<br />a public hearing is scheduled before the Planning Board.
<br />Please also note this notice is sent to adjoining property owners within a 200' radius of the parcel
<br />boundaries, other members of your community may be interested in this Public Hearing, but may not have
<br />been noticed if outside the radius of notification.
