<br />To petition the Department of Transportation ("DOT"), the Town Board would adopt a
<br />,esolutiu„ ,equesting a mudificado„ of the speed limit o„ the Road or a porion thereof. The
<br />Tr,,,.. Bard ,uuld tnen Submit this immution, along with a TE -9(a) application furm_ to the
<br />Dut41c37, C u ...ary Dcpartmcnt ur PuDlic WvrK3 E„g;„cc�i„g ("DCPW Eng;neu ing"). DCPW
<br />Engineering would then offer its comments on the .ro,.osal and f;,- rwm-3 tnc Tu,,,,,. Board
<br />resoludo„ and application to the DULchess County Commissioner of Public Works for a
<br />signature. If the C:ommissiune, aipptuves. he or she would sign the TE -9(a) and return it to
