We are pleased to offer this public portal for residents and the public to access and search municipal information.

This municipal records portal was created through an inter-municipal partnership between the Towns of Amenia, Beekman, Dover and North East with funding support of a Dutchess County Shared Services Grant and a New York State Archives Local Government Records Management Improvement Fund grant.

We are grateful to County Executive Marcus Molinaro and Dutchess County Government, the New York State Education Department, the New York State Archives and Regional Advisory Officer Linda S. Bull, CRM for supporting the implementation of this initiative to facilitate transparent and more efficient access to public records.

Currently, the meeting minutes of boards and committees (where available) are searchable by date or keyword. Additional areas of municipal departmental information will be posted and available in the future.
