In any event, Olivet would be willing to <br />state that it is locating these two homes at these locations at its own risk in the event that the <br />Planning Board, for whatever reasons, ultimately determines that there is a more appropriate <br />location for them. Olivet University also notes that single-family homes do not ordinarily <br />require Site Plan approval under the Town Code. <br />As you may be aware, Olivet University was recently accredited by New York <br />State to operate at the Site, and would like to do everything possible to expedite to <br />commencement of its operations.
